Under general supervision of the Director of Residential Student Experience, the Coordinator of Student Development (CSD) is a full-time, live-in role with primary responsibility for managing the daily operations of one or more of our residential neighborhoods and student leader teams. Core functions include student leader supervision, inter housing counsel advisory, resident engagement and support, on-call/crisis support, and student conduct adjudication.
