We are looking for a Coordinator, eCommerce Merchandising based in New York City. The role: You will play a vital role in driving an exceptional online customer experience by supporting the execution of high-impact campaigns and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across our ecommerce site. With an eye for detail and passion for digital excellence, you'll help bring our brand's vision to life online and support the continued growth of Clarins.com. What you'll do: In an environment where agility, customer-centricity, and digital excellence are key to standing out in a fast-moving beauty landscape, you will support the seamless execution of promotional and website operations that bring our brand to life online.
- Promotional Campaign Management - Lead end-to-end campaign setup and testing in SFCC, process GWP SKU creations, prepare project briefs, and schedule CRM activations.
- Inventory and Stock Monitoring - Monitor daily stock levels of promotional items and GWPs to prevent out-of-stock situations and escalate alerts to management.
- Website Quality Assurance - Conduct daily QA checks of key product pages, promotions, implement SEO content updates, and troubleshoot promotion-related technical issues.
- Data Analysis and Reporting - Prepare daily sales reports, maintain performance tracking spreadsheets, and compile competitive analyses to inform promotional strategy.
- Content and Asset Coordination - Brief site offer copy and assets, obtain translations for US and Canada markets, and assist with website content uploads.
You are:

- Comfortable learning new software systems and tools
- Fluent in English
You have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, eCommerce, or related field (internships considered)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis
- Ability to work independently while following clear directions
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency with Excel
- Basic knowledge of eCommerce platforms and content management systems
