Job Description - Coordinator, Donor Experience (2503006)
Required Qualifications (as evidenced by an attached resume):Bachelor's degree (foreign equivalent or higher). Two (2) years of full-time work experience. Experience with fundraising, philanthropy, alumni relations, donor cultivation, events, and/or stewardship practices. Experience working in a university, nonprofit and/or large hospital system. *Two relevant writing samples will be required from candidates as part of the interview process (See “Special Notes”).Preferred Qualifications:Experience creating and drafting fundraising communications. Experience using fundraising databases or CRM systems.Brief Description of Duties:The Stony Brook University Advancement Coordinator, Donor Experience supports Advancement's mission by helping to establish and strengthen long-term relationships with donors through thoughtful stewardship, communication, and engagement. The Coordinator will be responsible for drafting donor communications, managing stewardship initiatives, and supporting donor-related events. They will work with the Donor Experience team, Advancement colleagues, and campus partners to support Advancement's goals.

This is a full-time appointment.
