Job Description :
Bachelors Degree. A minimum of two (2) years professional, full-time work experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Demonstrated effective communication skills (verbal and written). Demonstrated experience in customer service role or applicable service oriented position. Ability to occasionally work evenings, weekends and travel (possible overnight) as needed. Preferred Qualifications Masters degree in Business Administration or related field. Work experience with recruiting and customer experience assessment. Ability to use customer relationship management (CRM) databases. Work experience as a higher education professional. Experience with sales systems and processes.
