Job Description :
A day in the life of a Daycare Coordinator at Hackensack Meridian Health includes:Manage business operations, including meeting schedules, center tours and appointments. Assume responsibility when the manager is not present or available. Supervise the documentation of attendance. Process tuition payments. Coordinate the staffing schedule and payroll. Assist in the maintenance of reports and documentation. Support classroom activities as needed. Assist in the development, planning and implementation of programs. Maintains up-to-date departmental manuals, licensing information and files. Other duties and/or projects as assigned. Adheres to HMH Organizational competencies and standards of behavior. Qualifications. Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:Associates degree. Previous administrative support experience. Previous experience with daycare policies, regulations and administration. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
