Job Details

• Schedule: 40 hours, Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm
• Location: 444 Harrison Ave and remote

Position Summary

The CAS and Data Manager oversees the client matching process within the Housing Placement Department, ensuring collaboration, data entry accuracy, and follow-up on assessments. Responsibilities include attending city-wide meetings, providing progress reports, ensuring contract compliance, managing data quality, and improving data collection processes. The role requires excellent communication skills, technical database proficiency, and the ability to work with diverse teams.

QualificationsRequired

• BA or 2-5 years of database and administrative experience, preferably in human services
• Experience in quality improvement and data management
• Strong computer skills, especially in Excel and database systems

Preferred

• Master's Degree or equivalent experience in human services or related field
• Training in customer service
• Database management experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience with Coordinate Access, Clarity, or similar HMIS systems
• Experience with software system integrations
• Advanced Excel skills for data sorting, filtering, and reporting
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Zoom, Microsoft Teams

Knowledge & ExperienceRequired

• At least 2 years of data entry, reporting, and analysis experience
• Understanding of nonprofit/human services operations
• Strong writing and documentation skills
• Proficiency in database systems, data quality, and report creation
• Ability to work within large, diverse teams and remotely with good time management

Preferred

• Experience working with CAS, Windows, HMIS, ETO, or Clarity systems
• Experience with electronic health records or health insurance databases
