Cool Whip Process Operator - The Kraft Heinz Company : Job Details

Basic Purpose: To ensure that Cool Whip emulsion is cooled, aged, processed, whipped, filled, lidded, weighed, properly coded, and sent to the packaging area efficiently and safely to provide the highest level of quality and delivery to our customers. Responsibilities/ Duties:Perform weekend cleaning and sanitizing activities. Including but not limited to CIPS, chemical usage and handling, working with strawman hoses (hot and cold water), hopper, miscellaneous production equipment, filler cleaning, floor scrubbing, production-sanitation preventative maintenance tasks, manifold y-pipe cleaning/changing, and period cleaning. Performs changeover cleaning/sanitizing and production activities. This will include but not be limited to cleaning and sanitizing fillers, hoppers, manifolds, y-pipes, sparge tube hoses, and miscellaneous parts.
