Cook - Sugar Valley Lodge - The Nutrition Group : Job Details

The Nutrition Group has an open position of Cook at a local production kitchen. Duties may include:Food and meal preparation for local homes, senior citizen centers, schools, head start centers and daycare facilities. Stockroom, cooler and freezer organization including assisting with putting orders away. Qualifications:Culinary or Food Service Experience preferred but attitude is most important. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to read labels, recipes, and do basic math. Must obtain clearances and pass criminal background checks. Follow HACCP and Health Department guidelines. Must be available to work weekends and Holidays as needed. Weekends and Holidays are rotating so you are not working every single one.
