The Cook is responsible for providing nourishing and appealing meals to residents, visitors and staff while adhering to dietary guidelines and safety standards. They contribute to the operation of the kitchen and will foster an atmosphere of teamwork and professionalism among staff. Would perform other duties as required. Essential Duties and Functions. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards involving food safety and sanitation regulations along with WEL policies and be held accountable for survey results. Assist in maintaining equipment, kitchen cleanliness, and temperature logs for all equipment and prepared food.
