Sentara Care. Plex Hospital in Hampton, VA, is hiring a Cook. This is a full time, rotating shift position with rotating weekends. Hours. Monday - Friday: must be available to work between the hours of 4:30 am - 7 pm. Rotating Weekends. Overview. Prepares all hot foods for patient trayline, caf, and functions including (but not limited to) entrees, vegetables, starches, and bakery items. Education High School Grad or Equivalent. 1 year of food service experience required in lieu of High School Education. Certification/ Licensure. Food Handlers Card (Required)Experience.
