This individual is responsible to food production in all areas of the department. A knowledge of all methods of cookery is required for this position. The individual must be able to produce a quality, eye appealing product within an allotted amount of time. Performs related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Preferred Education: High school diploma or its equivalent. Certifications: Food Handler within 90 days of hire. Serve Safe Certification preferred. Other: Excellent integrity. Takes initiative. Good moral character. Effectively communicate in English, both orally and written. Basic Math Skills. Time Management Skills. Great interpersonal skills. Equipment Used: All food preparation equipment including oven, grill, chopper, slicer, blender, mixer, and steamer Able to push, pull and grip 50 pounds and pinch 10 pounds....Cook, Restaurant, Healthcare
