NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a COO to join our client's team in Nashville, TN. This is an onsite, direct hire position.SALARY: $220-$300K + bonus (depending on experience)Unfortunately, at this time our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. - Bachelor's degree.
- M&A required; De Novo experience is a plus
- Minimum 5+ years of multi-site healthcare experience; DTC cash pay healthcare a plus but not required
- Demonstrated leadership in operations, including multi-site leadership experience
- Experience working in a lean, fast-paced organization (e.g., a private equity-owned business) preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a 50-100 location business, engaging with field level leaders to drive a culture and expectation of consistent above-industry performance.
- Lead full operational integration efforts for future add-on acquisitions and de novo's
- Build out best-in-class KPI dashboards, determine the key indicators for this business, lead with a KPI-driven management style, and ensure deep field level buy-in and behavior. Dashboards must include real-time data that illustrates recent performance and leading indicators.
- Develop field level processes, SOPs, and infrastructure to drive consistent growth and profitability.
- Drive 15%+ organic sales and pre-corporate EBITDA growth at our practices with reasonable investment in corporate infrastructure.
- Build scalable programs and initiatives (procurement, employee training and development, etc to drive 30%+ pre-corporate EBITDA margins at our practices.
- Determine what decisions and activities should be handled at the platform level, versus what should continue to be handled at the field level
- Develop structure and guidelines to empower our field to make decisions within safe guidelines of platform expectations.
- Partner with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer to ensure future capital expenditures are appropriate and have a sufficient return on investment.
- Partner with the Senior Leadership Team on cross-functional initiatives to achieve company goals.
