Converting Packer Inspector - Revolution Company : Job Details

Revolution is now hiring for Packer Inspector roles in Kilgore, TX. We have openings on all shifts; 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm & 11:00 pm - 7:00 am shift. This role will be responsible for learning the basic operations of production department(s) in processing materials or manufacturing products in an industrial organization. Follow all Environmental Health & Safety policies and procedures. Check the product for seal strength, size, scoring, lip, print quality/location, and others specified on the job specification, no less than four times an hour, and every roll change. Make minor machine adjustments, such as resetting the eye, putting flip back in, raising and cleaning the seal bar, and clearing jams from the machine. Makeup cartons as needed. Observe rolls for splices and changes. Record accurate production records, including count, downtime, scrap, number of rolls run, and complete dockets.
