Convenience Store Shift Supervisor - Blarney Castle Oil Company : Job Details

This full-time position contributes to Blarney Castle's success by assisting the store manager in providing work direction to a team of store associates to create and maintain our standards of service, cleanliness, and product quality for our customers. The shift supervisor will be responsible for supervising operations by deploying employees and delegating tasks to ensure BCOC's standards of service are met and are closely adhered to. Your Role.
