Controls Quality Technical Leader - GE Vernova : Job Details

Collaborate with Controls, FRO, and RCA teams to:Lead turbine controls RCA through the 8 D cycle from start to finish. Analyze and resolve complex control issues in turbine fleets. Implement containment measures and corrective actions. Manage defects and change requests. Coordinate with Configuration Management to implement defect and RCA-related changes in PLM - Communicate technical findings and recommendations to stakeholders via reports and presentations. Promote lessons learned, best practices, and standardization in design documentation and processes. Lead and participate in multiple projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Utilize Six Sigma tools for process improvements and document successful projects. Develop and implement innovative design and development concepts to address technical challenges. Required Qualifications.
