Controls, Lead Engineer | Pharma | Food Manufacturing - mosaicpartners : Job Details

Seeking an experienced Controls Lead Engineer to lead automation and control systems projects within our pharmaceutical and food manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant controls engineering experience and strong hands-on expertise with Allen-Bradley and Rockwell Automation platforms. This role will involve project leadership, programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining control systems to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant controls engineering experience in pharmaceutical and/or food manufacturing environments.
• Strong programming experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix, CompactLogix) and Rockwell Automation software (RSLogix, FactoryTalk).
• Experience with HMIs, SCADA, motion control, and industrial networking (EtherNet/IP).
• Knowledge of FDA, USDA, cGMP, and food safety compliance standards.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
