Providing strategic direction for the systems supported by the Controls Engineering team. Developing and implementing a strategy to maintain, upgrade, or replace legacy technology platforms. Identifying, developing and implementing systems that support and enable continuous improvement in all operations at Cottage Grove, including OEE improvement and streamlining dataflow. Applying their own technical expertise to provide solutions needed to support day-to-day site operations and improvement projects.
