Position Title: PLC Controls Engineer/Programmer Date Needed: 6-2-25 Position Duration: 6 month contract to direct hire Location: Cincinnati, 85% Remote Work, 5% office work and 10% Client facilities Job Summary: Our engineering services client who specializes in the engineering, design, integration, and programming of new automation and controls systems for a variety of industrial clients is currently seeking to hire a PLC Controls Engineer/Programmer. Duties:

• Experienced PLC and HMI programmer.
• Provide Industrial Control Engineering in support of process and packaging plant projects.
• Engineering, control system evaluation, BOM and vendor coordination, schedule support, and installation support for manufacturing facilities.
• Programming experience required in the following systems:
  • Industrial Controls
    • Allen Bradley / Rockwell: PLC ControlLogix, CompactLogix
  • Drives
    • Rockwell
• HMI Experience:
  • Factory Talk: Required
  • AVEVA: Helpful
  • Ignition: Helpful

Requirements:

• Previous Rockwell PLC Programming experience is required.
• Network & Communication design and engineering a plus.
• Electrical Design in AutoCAD Electrical for power and control panels helpful.
