Key Responsibilities & Duties:Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve control systems (PLCs, HMIs, etc.) for optimal production performance

• Identify root causes of control system issues and resolve them effectively
• Support installation and commissioning of new equipment
• Plan and execute electrical improvements and upgrades
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams based on plant priorities
• Provide control systems expertise to multi-functional teams and ensure systems align with plant and corporate standards
• Update technical documentation and drawings as changes are implemented
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety protocols and best practices

Requirements:BS/MS in Engineering or related field (Bachelor's required)

• 5+ years of experience in controls engineering
• Proficiency in Ladder Logic and Allen Bradley PLCs (hands-on)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 5%
