Our systems encompass over 11 product lines to support manufacturing applications and customers in a wide variety of industries, including automotive, building & construction, consumer products, medical, and packaging.RESPONSIBILITIES:Design control systems for continuous web handling machinery to the sold specificationsWill work on design/drafting related tasks with the guidance of a Sr. or Staff Project EngineerAssist designers in the generation of BOM's (Bill of Materials)May oversee the work of other design engineers and work with other members of the engineering staff to ensure that production is completed in a timely mannerProvide backup support for assembly, purchasing and field-service related questions and problemsParticipate in Project Team meetings for contract and project design reviewTravel up to 10% for customer visits, vendor meetings, and start-up/commissioning as required.Perform other duties as assigned by the Controls and Electrical Engineering ManagerAwareness of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, EHS&S programsSKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or controls related 4-yr degree3-7 years of controls and electrical systems design experience with industrial automation or automated machinery preferredControl System design including electrical schematics and wiring diagrams, control panel layouts, BOMs, test plans, manuals, etc.Experience with high-speed servo applications and variable frequency drives (VFD's)Knowledge of Allen Bradley and/or Siemens PLC's requiredHMI programming experience using applications including RSView ME/SE or Wonderware.Familiarity with SCADA systems and their requirementsProficiency in AutoCADProficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office productsWritten and verbal communication skills required Salary Range : $100,000 USD to $125,000 USD Resume, references and interview First Choice Staffing 7525 Morgan Road Liverpool NY 13090 315-###-#### www.firstchoicegroup.comRequirements: Job Type: Temporary Post Date: 06/18/2025
