Controls Engineer - Insight Global : Job Details

JOB DESCRIPTION

Controls engineer will be working on project based work. Lead a project with new collaborative robot technology. Will be focused on supporting production operations, troubleshooting equipment issues, and driving continuous improvement in automation and controls within a high volume manufacturing environment. Work on collaborating robot applications, writing programs for it, working through the installation and all the safety buy off. Need to take work through the controls integration of these systems. Will support assembly production lines.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors degree in any Engineering
• 3 years of experience with controls/electrical engineering
• CRX series experience
• Fanuc robots
• PLC's programming & troubleshooting- Rockwell & Siemens, Fanuc CRC Series and 3D vision Robotics Integration (Collaborative Robots especially), AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots), Vision Systems Implementation
• Need to have experience implementing robotics, not just coding side of controls
• 1st shift 6:30 AM-2:30 PM
