Controls Engineer - Motherson Group : Job Details

Must have a working knowledge of automated assembly systems, a good understanding of the basic theory of industrial control systems applications, design, and operation including concepts of power distribution.

• Design, test, and operate automation equipment and processes.
• Troubleshoot and program robotics and control systems (Siemens TIA Portal, Allen Bradley - Ladder Logic, Studio 5000 Factory Talk).
• Support all shifts as required.
• Design, build, and troubleshoot electrical panels and control panels, including low and high voltage systems.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong project management skills.

• Experience with PLCs, AC/DC drives, VFDs, robotics, and HMIs.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience leading and supporting industrialization projects with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
