Must have a working knowledge of automated assembly systems, a good understanding of the basic theory of industrial control systems applications, design, and operation including concepts of power distribution.
Responsibilities
- Design, test, and operate automation equipment and processes.
- Troubleshoot and program robotics and control systems (Siemens TIA Portal, Allen Bradley - Ladder Logic, Studio 5000 Factory Talk).
- Support all shifts as required.
- Design, build, and troubleshoot electrical panels and control panels, including low and high voltage systems.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong project management skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with PLCs, AC/DC drives, VFDs, robotics, and HMIs.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience leading and supporting industrialization projects with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
