Controls Engineer - JCW : Job Details

We are working with one of our top clients to find a controls engineer to work on numerous PLC programming and automation projects. This role would sit in the R&D department of a packaging company that has life science as well as food and beverage clients. The core responsibilities would involve working on the machines that test their products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This is a sensor-based company and the majority of the role is focused in PLC/HMI programming and electrical debugging on capital equipment.
• Writing design documents
• Working cross-functionally with software and service engineering teams, as well as any other involved parties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 3+ years in a controls engineering role.
• Beckhoff automation a plus.
