Candidate should be commutable to the listed work address. Will be onsite at the FC several days per week.

Responsibilities include working with cross-functional engineers to develop solutions from concept to implementation, integrating conveyer control solutions, automated material handling equipment, and autonomous vehicles. Create and maintain electrical schematic drawings, develop and debug control system software in ladder logic and structured text, and provide technical expertise in controls and electrical engineering.

Perform on-site commissioning support and electrical wiring as needed. The role requires up to 30-40% travel.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Controls Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or 3+ years of control systems engineering experience. Skills in PLC programming (Rockwell Studio 5000/RSLogix 5000), ladder logic, structured text, schematic design in AutoCAD, and experience with material handling systems are preferred. Familiarity with VFDs, PLCs, remote devices, barcode scanners, and communication protocols like Ethernet IP, DeviceNet, and Profibus is required.
