Controls Application Engineer - EMCOR Group : Job Details

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Design / Engineering Assist in the takeoff and estimating of HVAC control systems on new and retrofit jobs. Assist in the development of HVAC control system design. Prepare BAS control submittals for delivery to owners and contractors. Write sequences of operation and include in control submittals. Maintain control submittal updates in field during installs. Provide final updates to submittals and prepare BAS closeout documents. Maintain control job library and database on network drive. Manage Automation Projects Develop request for quotation documentation for installing subcontractors. Qualify, hire, and manage subcontractors. Develop job scheduling /phasing and maintain updated schedule. Order project materials and manage deliveries to jobsites. Prepare purchase orders and authorize payments to material suppliers and subcontractors. Visit jobsites on a regular interval and attend job meetings.
