Controller – Cash Management – Reconciliations – Budget – Actuals - Variance Analysis – Inventory

• Manage cash flow, review reconciliations, perform variance analysis, and oversee month-end close processes.
• Be analytical, communicate effectively, and be comfortable with hands-on accounting tasks.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 15+ years of accounting experience.
• Inventory accounting experience is required.
• CPA or public accounting experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Advanced Excel skills.

• Oversee daily cash flow, monitor liquidity, and optimize working capital.
• Manage month-end closing activities, including journal entries and financial statement preparation.
• Analyze variances and trends to provide insights for cost efficiency and profitability.
• Prepare and present financial reports complying with GAAP.
• Collaborate with production and operations for accurate cost accounting and inventory valuation.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting, focusing on performance drivers and cost controls.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Enhance financial processes and reporting systems for greater efficiency.
