Lead the full accounting function, including AP/AR, payroll, cash management, investment tracking, budgeting, and audit/tax coordination
Own monthly and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
Partner with senior leadership to develop budgets, monitor performance, and drive improvements
Prepare and deliver financial reports and insights to internal leadership and board committees
Provide guidance to cross-functional partners and lead special finance projects as needed
Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or Master's preferred
5+ years of accounting experience with at least 5 years managing teams; nonprofit experience strongly preferred
