Controller- Nonprofit - Creative Financial Staffing : Job Details

• Lead the full accounting function, including AP/AR, payroll, cash management, investment tracking, budgeting, and audit/tax coordination

• Own monthly and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting

• Partner with senior leadership to develop budgets, monitor performance, and drive improvements

• Prepare and deliver financial reports and insights to internal leadership and board committees

• Provide guidance to cross-functional partners and lead special finance projects as needed

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or Master's preferred

• 5+ years of accounting experience with at least 5 years managing teams; nonprofit experience strongly preferred
