Guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures. Protects assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls. Partners with VP, Sales Team and General Managers to maximize business value. Reconciles balance sheet accounts monthly to ensure proper reporting and risk management. Reviews and prepares financial statements for specific Business Units. Prepares budgets with team by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data; recommending plans. Achieves budget objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. Partners with Group Controller to ensure proper SOX documentation is in place and properly reported to audit teams.
