Controller - Landmark National Bank : Job Details

The Controller provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for Landmark National Banks accounting and finance functions. This position ensures the accuracy of financial reporting, supports regulatory compliance, manages balance sheet risk, and contributes to the organizations strategic planning and execution. RESPONSIBILITIES Leadership & Team Development Lead, supervise, coach, and develop finance team members using established performance development tools. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and excellence in customer and community engagement.
