Controller - Compass Group : Job Details

Take charge of the numbers and drive financial success! As Controller, you will oversee all accounting functions, ensuring accurate reporting and strong financial controls. You will lead the finance team, maintain compliance, and provide strategic insights to elevate performance and profitability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial leadership
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Supervise and develop accounting staff
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors
• Analyze financial data to support business decisions
• Maintain accurate records and internal controls
