Senior Executive Recruiter | Accounting and Finance | LHH | Greater Philadelphia and Southern Jersey Market

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a private equity-backed services firm experiencing rapid growth and transformation. We are seeking a highly skilled Controller to oversee all aspects of the company's accounting operations, including financial reporting, consolidations, intercompany transactions, and revenue recognition. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong supervisory skills and a solid foundation in public accounting. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and play a key role in supporting the company's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring timely and accurate month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance with GAAP.
• Oversee consolidation of multiple entities and intercompany accounting processes.
• Ensure proper revenue recognition in accordance with applicable standards.
• Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting policies.
• Partner with FP&A and executive leadership to support strategic initiatives and financial planning.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
• Leverage NetSuite ERP for reporting and process optimization (experience with NetSuite is a plus).

Qualifications:

• CPA preferred; strong foundation in public accounting required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Master's degree a plus.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in a services-based industry and/or private equity environment strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, consolidations, intercompany transactions, and revenue recognition.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is a plus.

Compensation:

$120,000 – $135,000
