As we continue our rapid growth, we're looking for astrategic, hands-on Controllerto lead our Accounting Department and play a critical role in shaping EyeQ's financial future.

In this high-impact role, you'll be the financial backbone of the organization—driving transparency, compliance, and performance across all accounting functions. You'll report directly to the CFO and work cross-functionally to support decision-making at the highest level.

What You'll Do:

• Lead all day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, audits, budgeting, AR/AP, and tax compliance.
• Deliver timely, accurate monthly and annual financial statements that inform strategic business decisions.
• Provide financial leadership for potential acquisitions, integrations, and key business initiatives.
• Build and develop a high-performing accounting team aligned with company growth goals.
• Enhance financial systems, controls, and processes to ensure accuracy, scalability, and compliance with GAAP and industry regulations.
• Partner with executive leadership on KPI improvement and long-term financial planning.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and ensure all accounting practices meet the demands of a growing, PE-backed environment.

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including at least 5 years in a management role
• Experience supporting a growing company with 75+ employees—or 6+ years in a Big Four accounting firm
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA required)
• Experience in a Private Equity-backed environment or public accounting firm a strong plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and systems implementation experience
