Key Responsibilities:

• The Controller will lead all aspects of accounting operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance
• Oversee general ledger activities, reconciliations, and internal controls
• Collaborate with senior leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports
• The Controller will manage, mentor, and develop the accounting team
• Coordinate year-end audits and work with external auditors and tax consultants
• As Controller, you'll implement process improvements and system upgrades to improve efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a Controller or Assistant Controller role
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
