Controller - Creative Financial Staffing : Job Details

Job Title: ControllerLocation: Fully Onsite - South Bend, INSalary Range: $100,000 - $110,000

• Own the full reconciliation process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.

• Oversee daily financial operations, including month-end close, cash flow management, and general ledger oversight.

• Serve as a strategic business partner to leadership, contributing to growth initiatives and operational improvements.

• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and drive profitability.

• Lead, mentor, and hold team members accountable while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA preferred.

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within the transportation industry.

• Highly proficient in financial systems and Excel; must be tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools.
