About the Company Hiring: Our client is a high-growth sales organization

About the Job: As Controller you will be a key member of the senior management team responsible for:

Preparing a complete financial statement monthly

Interpreting the financial statement and management dashboard regularly

Participating in the preparation of short- and long-term financial forecasts

Maintaining an effective cash management system.

Prepare sales tax returns for multiple entities in addition to evaluating all insurance renewals for business

Human Resource duties including administration of employee benefits.

The leadership is a well-run group and will give the controller autonomy and responsibility to manage their business as well as obtain your input into operations and overall strategy. This is a hands-on environment and fast moving business where you can make an impact.

Minimum Requirements:

BS Accounting CPA and 2+ years of public accounting experience

7+ years of experience in an accounting leadership role with a fast moving and independent organization ideally

Strong systems skills and internal controls mindset

Must be an excellent communicator

Salary: $150,000
