Full-Time Controller

Reports to: Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities :

+ Direct and supervise personnel within the Fiscal Department

+ Oversee day to day accounting functions of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, and cash flow management

+ Direct and supervise the preparation of all financial reports

+ Direct and supervise the preparation of all financial reports for grant/contract requirements

+ Preparation of monthly, annual, and budgeted financial statements

+ Coordination of external auditors

+ Assume additional managerial duties as appropriate to the position

+ Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications :

+ Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA/CMA preferred

+ 10 years of experience in health care fiscal management or applicable experience

Compensation and Benefits :

+ Salary: $130,000.00 - 145,000.00 per year
