This Controller opportunity is ideal for someone ready to take ownership of financial operations across two growing business units, while leading a key ERP implementation and supporting executive leadership in driving profitability. This role requires occasional travel between different company sites quarterly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger oversight.

• Supervise accounting personnel and daily cash activity, including bank reconciliations.

• Manage monthly financial close, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

• Prepare weekly flash reports, monthly financial statements, and profitability analysis by product line.

• Improve inventory processes, labor and overhead absorption, and cycle count accuracy.

• Drive the transition of one business unit's accounting system from QuickBooks to a manufacturing ERP platform (Syspro).

• Partner with operations to analyze financial results and recommend performance improvements.

• Strengthen internal controls, financial systems, and reporting capabilities.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 3-5 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Proficiency with GAAP, cost accounting, and inventory valuation.
