Job DetailsKey Responsibilities:Financial Management: Oversee all financial accounts and transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Prepare periodic financial reports, including profit and loss statements, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.Strategic Planning: Partner with leadership to develop fiscal strategies, conduct cost analysis, and set financial objectives. Deliver insights and recommendations based on financial data and projections.Budgeting & Forecasting: Create and maintain detailed budgets, financial models, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.Audit & Compliance: Lead internal audits to verify financial accuracy and policy adherence. Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals as needed.Controls & Process Improvement: Establish and maintain robust financial controls. Continuously evaluate and enhance financial systems for efficiency and accuracy.Team Leadership: Supervise and develop a finance team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years in a senior financial role, ideally in construction, contracting, or service industries
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Proven ability to develop financial reports, forecasts, and business plans
- Solid understanding of tax laws, financial regulations, and compliance standards
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- High integrity and a commitment to ethical financial practices
