Control Technician – Indiana, USA

Our client is expanding their operations and is currently seeking a Controls Technician to join their team in Indiana, USA.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about automation and production support. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing automated equipment and ensuring smooth production operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of PLC programming (Allen Bradley & Siemens)
• Experience with industrial robotics – ABB, Motoman, or similar
• Familiarity with drives such as PowerFlex, Indramat, and Ormec
• Ability to troubleshoot, modify, and support electrical controls, HMIs, and communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, DeviceNet, Profibus)
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to assist in equipment setup and maintenance
• Comfortable working 2nd or 3rd shift
• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or apprenticeship preferred
