In this role, you will collaborate with industry specialists to deliver high-quality solutions to leading companies, focusing on control system integration within our team.

What You'll Do

  • Manage project tasks such as hardware and panel design, PLC and HMI programming, SCADA design, power distribution, and documentation.
  • Oversee project execution including proposals, estimating, scheduling, staffing, contracts, order processing, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure proper use of company facilities.
  • Lead and grow the controls & automation business locally and regionally, maintaining key client relationships.
  • Mentor team members, provide feedback, and support career development.
  • Participate in councils for standards and strategic planning.
  • Assist in recruiting and reporting activities.
  • Support company culture aligned with our Leadership Principles.
  • Make a daily impact through your skills, strengthening client and team relationships.

What You'll Bring

  • At least 7+ years of experience in automation solutions for industrial or consumer industries.
  • Experience designing electrical control systems and programming automation for process applications.
  • Proficiency in Rockwell hardware/software; experience with Siemens, Wonderware, GE preferred.
  • Industry experience in food & beverage, pulp & paper, or similar fields preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel for project and industry activities.
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering preferred; relevant experience may be considered.

The approximate salary range is $110,000-$130,000, subject to experience, skills, and location.
