Control Systems Field Engineer - COLSA Corporation : Job Details

Serve as the primary point of contact during all phases of the inventory. Lead onsite inventory activities, producing highly detailed inventory information of FRCS, ICS, and SCADA systems. Read and review Electrical schematics for Control Systems. Troubleshoot TCP/ IP, Modbus, OPC, and network communications issues (can vary greatly depending on SCADA system and protocols in use). Suggest Control System replacement (end of life, policy requirements, etc.) and assist stakeholders and the Government customer with recommendations for upgrades and/or replacement. Perform data analysis of events or processes to help identify and make (automation) suggestions to resolve and prevent future issues. Provide training and support to all team members on the program. Support and guide control systems inventory team members during inventories. Ensure optimal team performance while adhering to standardization and data normalization guidelines.
