Lead day-to-day activities of the manufacturing unit. Coach associates on safety, quality, production, cost, and policy adherence. Ensure compliance with quality systems and safety regulations. Spend a minimum of 75% of time on the production floor leading associates. Responsible for staffing and training plans within the department. Provide regular feedback to associates. Implement excellence components and programs within the unit. Ensure open communication between production associates and management. Support continuous improvement activities. Collaborate with Production Planning to monitor performance against schedules. Track production metrics and communicate progress to associates and management. Ensure manufactured products meet established quality requirements. Lead daily production operations and other duties as needed.
