Which location will the new employee be assigned?: Remote, or option to be at one of our IS4S physical locations listedWill a relocation allowance be considered?: NO - Relocation will not be referenced in the postingSecurity Clearance required: Ability to obtain Secret clearance following employment.Job Title: Subcontracts/Subcontracts AdministratorHow many positions are available?: OneEstimated employment start date.: 05/12/2025Employment Type: Full-TimeDuration: PermanentDescription: Responsible for Subcontracts Management and Administration of assigned project portfolio from Pre-Award to Closeout in accordance with regulatory requirements and company procurement policies/ procedures.Job Role(s):1. Perform Subcontract Administration duties in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), applicable laws, corporate policies and procedures and customer requirements for multiple subcontracts of unlimited dollar value to ensure subcontractors fully meet Company and project requirements.2. Serves as a liaison between Company and Subcontractor.3. Prepares and maintains comprehensive subcontract documentation files that will pass internal or external (DCAA/DCMA) audit.4. Performs Subcontract Closeout processes and other duties as assigned.5, Responsible for post award modifications to agreements including all change related activities6. Establishes priorities for the completion of assigned tasks7. Uses judgment to interpret internal and external issues and develop best practices. Uses experience and problem-solving skills to develop and improve processes.8. May provide guidance to less experienced team members, prioritize tasks and provide guidance to less experienced team membersRequired experience: 1. Ability to work independently, with good problem-solving skills, while keeping management updated on the status of their assigned activities.2. Must have understanding of the government acquisition process3. Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation4. Solid negotiation, oral, and written communication skills are required5. Candidate must possess a positive and proactive attitude and ability to handle multiple high visibility, critical tasks simultaneously6.
