Do you have 3+ years of contract experience in contract intake processing, review and negotiation, signature?Apply today to join a team where your growth, well-being, and success are our top priority!Details:$38.63 per hour pay rateFull TimeContract - 6 monthsOnsite in Plainsboro, NJWhat's in it for you?Health, Dental, Vision insurance offered401k optionsWork with a great teamOnly considering candidates with the following:Bachelor's degree required3+ years of contract review experience requiredPharma / Biotech experience requiredExperience in applying organizational standards, playbooks when drafting contracts and negotiatingExperience with negotiating agreements with counterparties, in collaboration with Legal, Procurement and Reviewer SMEsAbility to understand internal client needs, communicate cross functionally with confidence and diplomacy3+ years contract experience in contract intake processing, review and negotiation, signature3+ years pharma / biotech experience3+ years experience in a CLM platform (contract lifecycle management)Detail-oriented and strong business understandingResponsibilities:Responsible for end-to-end contract workflow from Intake to ExecutionReview and validate contract request' information and coordinate with Contract Requestor for missing informationSubmit contract requests into the CLM system (Coupa)Assemble contracts using available templates and appendicesProvide first-line review of third-party redlines, with minimal supervision, in accordance with established negotiation parameters and attorney guidance. Collaborate with Procurement Category Managers, Line of Business and SME reviewing departments (e.g. Data Privacy, Safety, Quality, IT, etc.) during contract reviewNegotiate with counterparty to completion of contractOrchestrate contract approvals, execution, follow-ups throughout workflowContract types include but not limited to MSAs, Short-term Agreements, SOWs, Amendments, License Agreements.
