Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day client satisfaction.
- Responsible for the level of awareness of QMS, QHSES & OSM.
- Single point of accountability as the Contract Manager for all internal stakeholders regarding contract management.
- Responsible for clearly and timely reporting on all aspects of the main contract (In charge of drafting and updating the Client Action Plan report).
- Responsible for transmitting invoices linked to the contract to the invoicing department.
- Responsible for following the status of outstanding invoices.
- Responsible for timely updating OSCAR with all information relevant to the vessel contracts.
- Responsible for tracking maintenance days due during the period of contract and planning for maintenance days utilization with Operations & Technical Manager to avoid loss of these accrued days.
- Perimeter will be West Africa.
Qualifications, Skills and Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field; 5+ years in the field of Contract Management, Finance, Supply Chain.
- Mariner with minimum of Mate/2nd Engineer certificate or Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in contract management is a plus.
- Worked on vessels for at least 5 years and ashore in an ops/technical role for 2 to 3 years.
- Proficiency in utilizing and interpreting financial models and analysis.
- Experience applying organizational standards when developing requests for proposals, negotiating terms, and drafting contracts.
- Ability to interact in English and French.
- Significant experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
