Contracts Manager M/F M/F - Bourbon : Job Details

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day client satisfaction.
• Responsible for the level of awareness of QMS, QHSES & OSM.
• Single point of accountability as the Contract Manager for all internal stakeholders regarding contract management.
• Responsible for clearly and timely reporting on all aspects of the main contract (In charge of drafting and updating the Client Action Plan report).
• Responsible for transmitting invoices linked to the contract to the invoicing department.
• Responsible for following the status of outstanding invoices.
• Responsible for timely updating OSCAR with all information relevant to the vessel contracts.
• Responsible for tracking maintenance days due during the period of contract and planning for maintenance days utilization with Operations & Technical Manager to avoid loss of these accrued days.
• Perimeter will be West Africa.

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field; 5+ years in the field of Contract Management, Finance, Supply Chain.
• Mariner with minimum of Mate/2nd Engineer certificate or Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in contract management is a plus.
• Worked on vessels for at least 5 years and ashore in an ops/technical role for 2 to 3 years.
• Proficiency in utilizing and interpreting financial models and analysis.
• Experience applying organizational standards when developing requests for proposals, negotiating terms, and drafting contracts.
• Ability to interact in English and French.
• Significant experience in the Oil and Gas industry.

3 - Bachelor's degree (3 years).

Minimum Level of Experience Required

2-5 years.
