The Role (What)

This position is responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle from initiation through to completion and closeout, ensuring adherence to specifications, timelines, and budgets.

Key Duties and Responsibilities (How)

• Manage contracts from start to finish, including closeout.
• Validate Request for Approval processes submitted by Construction Management Contractors.
• Ensure contracts are executed according to the defined commercial, legal, and technical conditions.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance and compliance, taking appropriate corrective actions.
• Work with the cost controller to ensure contract execution aligns with planned costs.
• Coordinate with the scheduler to ensure activities follow the contract schedule.
• Identify and mitigate risks during contract execution with support from the PMC team.
• Handle administrative tasks related to the role.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Bachelors degree in civil or mechanical engineering, or a relevant field.
• Masters degree preferred in project management or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Contract Manager in Data Center projects.
• Strong knowledge of Contract Lifecycle, Management, Project Control/Schedule, Risk Management, Compliance, and Cost Control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (2+ years).
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts simply.
