We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and Experienced Automotive Contracts Clerk to join our team. As an Automotive Contracts Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of automotive contracts and related documentation. Responsibilities:
- Review, process, and maintain automotive contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Verify contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and legal departments to gather necessary information and resolve any discrepancies.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.ng invoices, purchase orders, and amendments.
- Maintain organized and to-date contract files and electronic records for easy retrieval and reference.
- Assist in monitoring contract expiration dates and renewal timelines to prevent lapses and ensure timely renewals.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors to address contract-related inquiries and concerns.
- Support the contract negotiation process by providing accurate information and facilitating communication between parties.
- Provide administrative support to the contracts management team, including data entry and reporting.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong experience in a contracts administration in the automotive industry.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and document review.
- Proficiency in using contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a high volume of contracts and tasks.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
