Contract Specialist (IT, Permanent) - GMP Recruitment : Job Details

ResponsibilitiesContract Drafting & Review : Assist in drafting, reviewing, and ensuring accuracy and consistency of legal and commercial contract terms in alignment with corporate policies and regulations.Contract Management & Compliance : Maintain the central contract repository, track key deadlines, and monitor contract governance to ensure compliance and performance.Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business teams, management, and vendors to support contract execution, onboarding/offboarding processes, and address compliance risks.Vendor Management : Serve as a subject matter expert on outsourcing processes, supporting vendor sourcing, onboarding, governance, and performance tracking.Process Improvement : Review and enhance vendor management and outsourcing procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.Performance Monitoring & Evaluation : Conduct vendor performance evaluations, due diligence checks, and support governance activities related to outsourcing.Analytics & Reporting : Develop dashboards and reports to provide insights on contract and vendor performance using Excel or other analytical tools.RequirementsMin. 5 years' of relevant working experience in managing projects and vendor management contracts.In-depth knowledge of MAS Notices and Guidelines , including but not limited to Guidelines on Outsourcing Risk Management.Familiar with industry practices and to ensure that the agreement fulfils the commercial and statutory requirements.Experienced with IT Projects or IT service agreements, and strong understanding of IT trends and implications on business.Experienced in vendor management process in banking industry.Experienced in contract management processes and good understanding of standard contractual and commercial terms.Experience in Outsourcing or Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) in banking or relevant industry.Proficient in using Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint).Company industry: IT Solution under Japanese Bank | ExpoGMP Recruitment Services (S) Pte Ltd | EA Licence: 09C3051 | VO UYEN AI LINH | Registration No: R22109232This is in partnership with the Employment and Employability Institute Pte Ltd (“e2i”).e2i is the empowering network for workers and employers seeking employment and employability solutions. e2i serves as a bridge between workers and employers, connecting with workers to offer job security through job-matching, career guidance and skills upgrading services, and partnering employers to address their manpower needs through recruitment, training, and job redesign solutions. e2i is a tripartite initiative of the National Trades Union Congress set up to support nation-wide manpower and skills upgrading initiatives.By applying for this role, you consent to GMP Recruitment Services (S) Pte Ltd's PDPA and e2i's PDPA.#J-18808-Ljbffr
