Contract Recruiter Required Qualifications: High School diploma/ GED and 9 years of recruitment experience OR Bachelor's degree and 5 years of recruitment experience OR Advanced Degree and 3 years of recruitment experience Experience recruiting for engineering (non-IT) roles within a manufacturing environment is required; aerospace/aviation recruiting experience is strongly preferred Experience using Work.
