Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for Data Analytics & Data Management roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate pipelines. This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days per week onsite in New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and attract qualified candidates for Data Analysts, Data Engineers, BI Developers, Database Administrators, and related roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth candidate experience.

Track candidate progress in the ATS (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse) and maintain pipeline reports.

Collaborate with hiring teams to refine job descriptions and align on hiring criteria.

Ensure compliance with hiring policies and EEOC guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in Data Analytics, Data Science, or IT.

Proven success in sourcing passive candidates (Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).

Familiarity with data-related roles (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, ETL, Cloud Data Platforms).

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage 15-20 open reqs simultaneously.

Experience with ATS systems (Ceridian Dayforce, Oracle cloud recruiting etc.).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous contract recruiting experience in a corporate or agency setting.

Knowledge of New Jersey/NYC talent markets for data professionals.

Work Setup:

Hybrid schedule (2-3 days onsite in NJ, remainder remote).

40 hours/week, with occasional flexibility for candidate availability.
